Montre Milano 2 Year Warranty

Montre Milano timepieces are covered by a 2-year international warranty from the date of delivery, protecting against defects in materials or workmanship related to the internal movement and timekeeping functions within normal use conditions.

If an internal failure or movement defect occurs within 2 years, a full replacement watch will be provided at no charge for the product itself; the customer is responsible only for shipping costs associated with the claim and replacement dispatch.

The original watch does not need to be returned and may be kept by the customer; no return shipment is required for a valid internal/movement claim under this policy.

This commercial warranty does not cover external or cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, bezel or crystal damage, strap wear, water damage due to user error (e.g., crown not secured), or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications or servicing.

For claim eligibility, the watch must be purchased from Montre Milano or an authorized partner and be accompanied by order confirmation or a valid warranty card, and clear evidence of the issue (photo/video) may be requested to expedite support and resolution.
